Employees, managers and offices responsible for the processing of the data

The data processing activities in relation to the services provided on this website are carried out at the premises of the Data Controller and on servers located at the IMG Internet server farm.

The data will be processed by Fabbri 1905 employees operating in the marketing or sales, administration, system administration and programming departments, based on the objectives to be achieved and the requests asserted by the parties concerned. In its capacity as the hosting company for the website and its relative applications, IMG Internet has been appointed as the Data Controller by Fabbri 1905. The list of additional controllers is available from the Data Controller and can be requested by email at commerciale@fabbri1905.com.

Data processing methods

The personal data is even processed using automated and electronic tools, strictly for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data itself has been collected.
Specific security measures have been put in place in order to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access, as well as unlawful access to the servers and the other processors in use.
The personal data provided by users who register or submit requests for informative materials (bulletins, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) are only used to provide the services requested, and are only communicated to anonymous third parties appointed by the Data Controller where strictly necessary for that purpose (subject to the concerned party's consent).

Types of data processed

Browsing data
While browsing this website, the computer systems and software procedures that govern its functionality collect certain personal data items, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Although the data items indicated above cannot be traced back to the identified users, they could allow for the identification of the users to whom they refer by means of reprocessing in conjunction with additional data held by third parties.
These types of data include IP addresses, the domain names of the computers utilized by the users who connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code that indicates the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other information relating to the user’s operating system or IT environment.
The data, however, is only used for the purposes of processing anonymous statistics regarding the use of the website and ensuring that it functions properly (please also refer to the section regarding Cookies). Such data could potentially be used by the competent authorities to ascertain liability in the event of any hypothetical IT crimes carried out against the site.
Any personal data voluntarily supplied by the user may also be processed.

Cookies
Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and are read by our remote servers or the third party servers that we employ. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and are erased when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the technical provision of the service that the user has requested and the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) which are necessary in order to allow for the safe and efficient consultation of the Website and its applications.

The technical cookies used by this website do not involve other computerized techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of the user’s browsing data.

In addition to the cookies strictly necessary for the purposes of collecting technical or purely statistical and aggregate data, this website also uses certain systems (cookies, beacons) that analyse the users' browsing data in order to produce statistics regarding visits, as well as to improve the supplied contents and to position any targeted advertising elements upon the web pages. The system currently utilized is Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.  (“Google”). Like the other available systems, Google Analytics uses "cookies".  The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.  Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports regarding the website's activity for the website's operators, and to provide other website and internet activity-related services with usage statistics.  Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law, or in the event that such third parties have been engaged to process the information in question on Google's behalf.  Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

No other cookies are used to divulge personal information, nor are any so-called persistent cookies or user tracking systems used. Please note that it is possible to set your internet browser software (i.e. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome) to modes that do not accept cookies, even of a technical nature: by activating these so-called anonymous forms of web-browsing, no data will be processed via these systems.

The optional nature of data conferment, other than browsing data

Aside from that which has been specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide their personal data contained in the registration/enrolment forms (some of which include specific and separate informed consent requests, for the processes for which these are required) or that which is indicated in the contact forms with Fabbri 1905 in order to request informative materials or other communications (i.e. the handling of personal contact requests for quotes or for information regarding the services offered by Fabbri 1905). When a voluntary email message is sent to one of the addresses indicated on this website, or else via the communication forms, the Data Controller comes into possession of the sender’s e-mail address, which is required in order to reply to the user’s request, as well as any other personal data that may be contained within the message itself.
Upon request, specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the website that are dedicated to particular services (i.e. enrolment to receive the newsletter, registration with the website, service requests, etc.). Any failure to provide such data may impede the user’s request from being fulfilled.

Rights of those concerned

Pursuant to art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments), the users to whom the personal data refers are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation regarding the existence or non-existence of such data and to be informed of its content and origin, even for the purpose of verifying its accuracy or requesting that it be integrated, updated or corrected.
Pursuant to the same article, the users are also entitled to request that the data be eliminated, transformed into an anonymous form or blocked, if processed in violation of the law, and, for legitimate reasons, may also object to the processing of the data itself.
Any requests must be sent to the data controller's mailing address or else to the email address marketing@pec.fabbri1905.com
